Cool

Mine, pretty good, fairly uneventful but nice.

Set up the X-mas tree over at my moms (that's where we do X-mas). Did some holiday shopping thursday night and went out to dinner. Caught a movie friday night. A few other little things as well.
Like I said, uneventful, but nice.

What about everyone else

Not great!
Went to a funeral Saturday and got bad news from El Paso Sunday.
And since I don't give a rat's ass about sports it was NOT a good weekend here.

Sorry to hear that Sluggo.

OBK, I have looked around in there, but never bought anything. They do have some good prices on a lot of stuff though.

Our weekend started off with someone who will remain nameless stacking up two brand new cans of pain to enable the unlocking of the back door. Then some mysterious being came by and knocked over the top can, which hit the ground and opened up spilling 3/4 of a gallon of white ceiling paint all over the flagstone court yard,

Spent Saturday morning raking leaves, stuffing them into trash bags or into the compost pile. Mowed lawn. Washed two cars inside and out. Collapsed on couch.

Sunday rant 7 miles fast downtown and up through eden park and hyde park. Hilly.

D2 and I went and did some christmas shopping and like OBK and hubby we didn't threaten to kill each other either.

Of course my back hurt way too much to argue with D2. Seeing chiro today!

Bought rabbit ears for the TV... canceled cable TV. Best thing I ever did.

Friday night I worked out and crushed my shoulders. Was so tired, I just went home.

Saturday, I went to work, then went to the gym and worked on the chest. Then I went home and watched the Bearcats, foregoing a trip with friends to Metamora. Then I...uh..never mind...then I went to a Christmas party at Lava Lounge, then I stopped at a friend's house to watch Saturday Night Live.

Sunday, I went to eat breakfast at Northside's finest dining establishment - Kay's. Scrambled eggs, goetta, and two pancakes. MmmmmMMmmmmm. Then off to Starbucks to read the paper and supposedly study. Then to Sam's Club to buy some food, buy a couple Christmas gifts. Then to Target for personal care items and wrapping paper. Then to Joseph Beth for Christmas cards and to listen to cds in that back corner room. Bought a couple, one as a gift for my mom.

Came home, raked leaves in my back yard, cursed the sweet gum for refusing to yield its leaves, did laundry, watched the final half of the final quarter of the Bengals game, put up Christmas lights outside - cursed that I didn't find faulty sockets until after I wrapped them around my porch. Visited neighbor and cursed them for adding to their display again this year. Stopped at the house my tenant says she's going to put an offer on. Ate at Amol India for dinner, then went to Jacob's because I was in the mood for a Long Island. Stopped at a friend's house and picked up an artificial tree he was giving away. Stopped back at Jacob's to say hi to Big Harold and listen to atrocious karoake. Came home, folded laundry, showered, put out my clothes for the morning, went to bed.

More than you EVER wanted to know.

Friday: We went to trivia and won 2nd place...which is cool since we've won 3 of the 4 weeks prior.

Saturday: Son had bowling. His new ball(early Christmas gift) is starting to work for him...he had a 172,192,201. Since my son went to a friends and Hubby went to lake, I had relaxing afternoon. Then we went to friends for Christmas party, which was fun.

Sunday: Son had indoor soccer, they lost. Then Hubby and I started our Christmas shopping. We got a good start...and the best part, we did not even threaten divorce. LOL
I also went online late that night and did more shopping. Overstock.com is a very dangerous place.
BTW...if you are looking for a favorite record album on CD....try Overstsock. They had all of what Paul wanted, and the prices ranged from $7-9 ea.

Well being that it is was my "Birthday Weekend". The weekend started off Friday night, where Lindsay, myself and our friends went to Go Banana's for some late night comedy. The beer flew all night, especially since Lindsay paid for mine, and was pretty toasted by the time the third, and best act hit the stage. The man was hilarious and would love to see him again. Afterwards, we went to the bar next door called Sneaky Pete's, where I got even more free beer from one of my best friends. We all hung outside for a little while taking pictures of everyone and having a good time.

Early Saturday morning I woke to vomit for awhile. I then went to breakfast with Lindsay at Bob Evans where we enjoyed a very nice, but extremely load breakfast. We then went to Wal-Mart where I bought some Zantac and Imodium. We then proceeded to had to my mother's house where I met up with my grandparents and had cake and ice cream on my birthday. I got my gifts which was a gift card to Best Buy and a robe that I wanted from Lindsay. After the family thing, Lindsay and I headed to Best Buy where I bought DVD upon DVD. We then headed home where I had a package waiting for me from New Line Cinema, which was another DVD. I then came home and started to drink a few more beers, while my friends started to come over to play in a poker tourney. My luck continued as I won that won and walked away with grocery money for the next day.

After waking up still a little buzzed, I decided to head to Biggs, where I spent about two hours grocery shopping. It really is hard to shop when every little noise pisses you off to no end. I then came home and watched Braveheart on DVD, which is one of the ones I bought, and then spent the remainder of my "birthday weekend" relaxing in the bedroom watching TV.

A great weekend!
